Return Policy

Feel secure in your purchases with Quorri's 30-day Return Policy. We offer returns or exchanges** on full-priced items without restocking fees, provided the product is in its original, new condition with all original paperwork. Some conditions apply.

Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure a smooth return process, all items must be returned in their original, unused state, including:

• The return policy tag must remain affixed and untampered.
• The original invoice.
• The certificate of authenticity and/or diamond grading report.
• All complimentary accessories (gift bag, presentation box, box protector, etc.) must be in a reusable condition. Fees apply for any damaged items.

Important Notes:

• Refunds do not include standard, international, expedited, rush shipping, or appraisal/grading fees.
• Custom, personalized, special orders, engraved, modified jewelry and used items are not eligible for returns.
• As settings require special customization for larger stones, orders of 4‑carats and above qualify for exchange only.
• Orders upgraded after entering production are not eligible for a refund but may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled orders after courier delivery.

Return Instructions:

1. Obtain Your RMA Code: Email us at contact@quorri.com with your order number and reason for return. (Note: All returns are handled via email.)
2. Return Shipping: A representative will provide all necessary return instructions.

Note: Returning merchandise is the sender's responsibility until our shipping department signs for it. Upon receipt, our laboratory will inspect and verify the item. Exchanges typically process within 5-8 business days.

Ring Resizing:

Within 30 days of shipment, we offer one complimentary resizing for standard 14k ring styles up to 1 full size up or down. Custom, 18k, platinum, modified, promotional treasure rings, and rings requiring significant resizing are subject to fees. Return shipping is not included in this service. Please email contact@quorri.com for resizing assistance.

Men's Bands:

We offer a 14 day return window on men's bands or ring Within 30 days of shipment.

Earrings:

Earrings are final sale to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and client safety. As these pieces are designed for wear in pierced ears, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once purchased.

Sales & Promotions:

All sales, promotional upgrades, exclusive loyalty and discounted sale items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery, with differences added as store credit.

Loose Stones:

Loose stones are shipped in clear gem packaging. They cannot be returned if the protective seal is broken or removed. Loose Pure lab diamonds are exchange only.

Multiple Item Orders:

We understand that choosing the perfect piece can take some consideration. If you order multiple items with the intention of selecting one and returning the others, a 20% restocking fee will apply to the returned item(s). This helps us maintain the quality and care we put into every order. Thank you for your understanding!
