We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our Quorri stones and offer a complimentary lifetime warranty. Every genuine handcrafted Quorri stone is individually inspected by laser and 10x loupe by our specialists before it ships, so it arrives free from defects.
Our lifetime warranty covers changes in colour and in the optical properties of brilliance and fire that are visible to the naked eye.
Quorri stones are highly durable, but like all precious gemstones, and even a mined diamond, they are not indestructible. Please take care and proper precautions to avoid damaging them. Some conditions apply, so see the terms below for complete details.

At Quorri, we're committed to selling high-quality jewellery, lab grown diamonds, gems and gemstones. We warrant that all jewellery purchased from our website is free from manufacturing defects in materials and artistry at delivery, and that the optical properties of our lab grown stones and gems will not fade or cloud over time.
Our diamonds and jewellery are made to the highest standards with the finest materials, and each item is carefully inspected by our factory and distribution team before shipment.
We offer the lifetime manufacturing warranty to all customers, regardless of the price or type of item. It is effective from the date of purchase, applies only to purchases made on Quorri.com, and is non-transferable.

Jewellery sometimes needs repair and maintenance from regular wear and tear. These services are available at Quorri, and we'll gladly help. Our customers matter to us, so we always do our best to keep repair costs low while protecting the integrity of the piece.
Common repairs include replacing side stones, tightening prongs, re-polishing, re-plating rhodium and thorough cleaning. To discuss repairing or cleaning your jewellery, please contact us at contact@quorri.com.
Repairs by third-party jewellers will void your warranty with us.

Free Ring Resizing
If you love your ring but the size isn't quite right, we'll resize it one time for free within 30 days after purchase (Canada and US orders). If we can't size the ring up or down to the new size, we'll let you know and give you the option to place a special order for the extent required, or have it shipped back to you as it is.

Due to the duties and taxes imposed during importation, we can't provide ring resizing for international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Terms and Conditions
Although we stand behind our product, the following are excluded from the lifetime guarantees:
General wear and tear, scratching, trauma, loss of centre stones, product loss, theft, or improper cleaning and storage.
Fading or discolouration of metals over time due to inadequate care, for example wearing your jewellery in a hot tub or swimming pool, or spraying perfume or other chemicals directly on it.
Wear of precious metals, especially prongs, as part of everyday use. Thinning prongs may open up and put the stone at risk of falling out. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Loss of a stone caused by trauma or damage is not covered under the lifetime manufacturing warranty.
Damage or loss caused by a failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the jewellery's integrity.
Any third-party repairs or service completed by a company other than Quorri, including ring sizing or other maintenance, will void your warranty.
