Our stones are exceptionally durable, but like all precious gems, and even mined diamonds, they aren't indestructible, so a little care goes a long way. Some conditions apply.
Each piece is handcrafted in solid gold or platinum, and we stand behind our craftsmanship for the life of your jewellery.
If something isn't right with the way your piece was made, our master jewellers will make it right.

Every Quorri lab diamond, gem and gemstone is guaranteed for life against any change in colour or loss of brilliance and fire. Every piece of jewellery is also protected by our lifetime manufacturer guarantee, and our Peace of Mind Coverage adds free accent stone replacement, centre stone tightening and a cleaning for the first year.

Our stones are exceptionally durable, but like all fine jewellery they aren't indestructible. During the first year, our Peace of Mind Coverage replaces lost accent stones up to 2 mm free of charge. Larger stones, metalwork and accidental damage aren't covered, so we recommend adding your piece to your home or jewellery insurance.
