Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel an order, email us at service@quorri.com as soon as possible. Do not call for cancellations as they are handled exclusively by email. Please include your name, order number and the reason for the cancellation.

Due to unrecoverable processing fees and resources, a 10% cancellation fee on the purchase price applies to order cancellations on Sale and Regular Priced items that have not yet gone into production. Orders that are in Production, Special Order items and layaway orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee on the original retail price. Custom/Customized and Platinum orders that have not gone into production is 25%. Platinum and Custom/Customized Orders that are in Production or Ready to Ship or Lab Diamond orders cannot be cancelled. This is due to the fact that we have already begun creating your item and cannot recover the labor and materials used to do so.

If the order is "Ready to Ship" or "Shipped", we cannot cancel the order. Special Order and Custom Order items cannot be changed or cancelled once in production. CAD Design fees are non-refundable once the design has been started. Deposits are non-refundable once the custom order has been placed into Production.
