To cancel or change an order, please email service@quorri.com as soon as possible. Include your name, order number, and the reason for cancellation or change. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible before shipping confirmation. Some changes can result in a shipping delay. Please note that we only accept cancellations via email, not by phone.
Due to unrecoverable processing fees and resources, a 10% cancellation fee on the purchase price applies to order cancellations on sale and regular-priced items that have yet to go into production. Sales and regular-priced orders in production and layaway orders are subject to a 15% cancellation fee on the original retail price. Custom, customized, special orders and pure lab diamond orders that have Not gone into production are 25%. Custom, customized, special orders, rush orders, orders ready to be shipped and pure lab diamond orders in production cannot be cancelled. We have already begun creating your item and cannot recover the labor and materials used.
Once an order is 'Ready to Ship' or 'Shipped', it cannot be cancelled. Similarly, special and Custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they are in Production. Design Rendering fees are non-refundable once the design process has started. Deposits are also non-refundable on customized/custom/special orders. It's important to be aware of these non-refundable fees and deposits when considering a cancellation or change.
