30-Day Returns & Resizes

We are committed to providing superior products and service to our customers. That is why we offer 30-day Returns*on Jewelry and (10 days on loose stones). If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30-days to return your order for exchange or refund with No Restocking fees! We take pride that our jewelry and gems are hand-crafted with the highest standards of quality and excellence!

Within 30 full calendar days of shipment, we also offer one complimentary resizing for our standard 14k ring styles. Custom, 18k, Platinum, modified, promotional treasure rings and rings that require above or below one full ring size for re-sizing are subject to resize fees. Certain accented rings will also have limitations on sizing. If you have received a ring that requires resizing, please email us at service@quorri.com

 

Please note that returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, with the original Quorri tag intact (cannot be damaged/cut/removed) and accompanied by all original documentation. Due to their personalized nature, the following orders are nonreturnable: items that have been modified, engraved, or resized; items that have previously been exchanged; and custom designed jewelry. Alterations to orders that are "in production" void the complimentary resize.

 

Return Instructions

Step 1. Obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Code.
You must contact us by emailing service@quorri.com for your code and return shipping instructions. Be sure to give your order number and the reason for return. Please do not call for RMA's as all returns are handled exclusively by email.

Step 2. A representative will be in contact with you via email with all the required information to send back your item(s).

 

Important Notes:
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit.

Our laboratory will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. Exchanges usually take 5-8 business days to process upon receipt of the item. Actual completion time will depend on the item that is being exchanged for.

 

Terms and Conditions

Jewelry

• Returns without a valid Authorization number (RMA #) or passed the 30 calendar days will not be accepted for return. The package received for return must be postmarked within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

• Only one item can be returned or exchanged per customer.

• The original security tag must not be damaged/cut/removed in order for a return to be accepted. This ensures the original condition and quality of the product.

• All items must be returned in the same new condition as it was sent. Items showing signs of being worn or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, serviced by a jeweler other than Quorri, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

• 18k white gold, 14k & 18k Yellow gold, Special orders, promotional sale and treasure items, and made-to-order items are not covered by our 30-day return policy. These items can be returned for exchange.

• Custom/Customized orders and Platinum orders are Final Sale. Deposits or initial layaway payments on custom orders or Platinum order are non-refundable.

• Fees for CAD renderings on custom orders are non-refundable.

• Due to hygiene and safety issues Earrings are non-returnable. However, they can be exchanged for another style or size.

• Rush fees are non-refundable. Complimentary Priority shipping and RUSH Fees will be deducted from the purchase amount if the item(s) are returned.

• We do not cover orders that have been delivered by a courier that are declared lost, stolen or mishandled.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable as these are paid directly to shipping couriers and not from Quorri directly. This also includes return shipping charges from refused packages.

 

Loose Stones

• Loose stones are shipped in a clear gem package so you can easily see the quality of the stone and its optical characteristics. If the protective seal is broken or removed from the gem packaging, the loose stone cannot be returned.

• Returns without a valid Authorization number (RMA #) or beyond the 10 days will not be accepted for return.

• Loose stones returns without protective seal that have RMA approval are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

• Special order stones can be returned for exchange. All orders and deposits for Custom orders and Pure Lab Diamonds are Final Sale.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable as these are paid directly to shipping couriers and not from Quorri directly. This also includes return shipping charges from refused packages and or duty.
