Each piece is individually handcrafted to order—never mass‑produced—and meticulously hand‑set for exceptional quality. Available stocked items usually ship within 2 - 3 business days. Non-stocked items typically complete within 12–14 business days, followed by shipping time.
You will receive an Estimated Completion Date once your item officially enters production. Most orders ship shortly after this date, though some designs may require additional time depending on complexity and quality control.
