Our products are individually hand-made (never mass Produced) and meticulously hand-set for superb quality and workmanship. Available stocked items usually ship within 2 - 3 business days. Special Order sizes and cuts may take 2-3 weeks to complete plus shipping time.

The Diamanti ATERNA® Radiant is a beautiful combination of the classic emerald cut and the sparkle of the round brilliant. With 104 facets, it maximizes the effect of its color refraction and sparkle.

Superbly Engineered in our state-of-the-art laboratories using our latest advanced patent rough processing, we achieve a colorless, pure, unique mix that gives the Aterna® its diamond-like durability (9.50 Mohs) and incredible sparkle. The proprietary process for creating a single tailor-grown Aterna® Gem can take up to three months. Because of the high carbon content, it will test positive for a diamond on most diamond testers and pass the fog and transparency test. Like a diamond, it can handle the high stresses of being worn daily.
Each ATERNA is hand-faceted and cut by hand by our master diamond cutters to Ideal/Excellent proportions, guaranteeing the highest light reflection entering the stone. ATERNA PASSES DIAMOND TESTING
Tests Positive For A Diamond
A diamond tester is a thermal conductivity meter that will detect the rate at which heat moves through stones and will tell you whether it is a diamond. Because of the high carbon content and similar heat signature, Aterna will test positive on most diamond testers.
Passes Fog Test
Diamonds effectively conduct heat and therefore disperse heat quickly. If you place a stone in front of your mouth and fog it like you would a mirror, if it stays fogged for a couple of seconds, it’s most likely not a diamond. Aterna, like a diamond, disperses the heat from your breath instantaneously and won't fog up.
Passes Transparency Test
A diamond refracts light so intensely that you cannot see through it. If you’re able to read the letters of the newspaper—even if the letters are a bit blurry, its most likely not a diamond. Aterna's facets will refract and bend the light so sharply that you wouldn't be able to see the print, thus passing the transparency test.
