Diamanti PureGem® Sapphires (also known as created, cultured, or lab-grown Sapphires) represents science at its very best using a technique that mimics nature, we create a sapphire that is astonishingly like natural sapphire. PureGem Sapphires have the same physical and chemical structure as mined Sapphires and test positive for a sapphire on all testers. PureGem Sapphires are no different from natural ones and are considered real sapphires. Unlike most natural sapphires, our PureGem sapphires are not heat treated to enhance their color - their beautiful hue comes from being grown with its true natural color. It should be noted that cultured sapphires are not the same as fake sapphires, which have a different chemical structure from that of natural sapphire.
