Where do you ship to?

We ship domestically and to all 50 States in the U.S. and Internationally to over 30 countries around the world. We commonly ship to Canada, United States, UK, France, Ireland, Mexico, Spain, China, Italy, Australia, New Zealand and many others.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our Jewelry is individually hand crafted (not mass produced or imported cheaply) with each stone hand-set for superb quality and workmanship. This dedication to quality means that most items will take 8-10 business days* to complete. Earrings, Pendants and Loose Gemstones that are In Stock will ship normally within 2–3 business days.

What are your shipping rates and services?

We are pleased to offer FREE Shipping within the USA (including Hawaii/Alaska) and Canada. For prompt delivery, upgraded FedEx shipping options are available at checkout. International orders are shipped at a discounted flat rate. Pricing and upgrades are available at checkout.

Why was my order declined?

When you place an order, we electronically requests an approval from your credit card company in an attempt to authorize your purchase. If your credit card company declines the authorization, you will receive a declined transaction. A declined authorization may occur for one of the following reasons:

  • You have exceeded the limit on your credit card.
  • The address on your account does not match the billing statement on your credit card.
  • You have exceeded a daily purchase limit set by your bank.
  • Due to the high value, your bank needs to clear the purchase with you before it can be approved.

If your order has been declined, please contact your banking institution directly for them to clear the purchase.

What is the Return Policy?

We are committed to providing superior products and service to our customers. That is why, we offer 30-day Returns* on Jewelry and 10 days on loose stones. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30-days to return your order for exchange or refund. Will anyone be able to tell the difference between a Diamanti LUXE and a Diamond?

A Diamanti LUXE is visually identical to a Diamond and it is nearly impossible to distinguish between the two without magnification or testing equipment. The Diamanti LUXE is truly hand cut by diamond cutters (the same way diamonds are cut) for incredible brilliance and sparkle. The LUXE is surface enhanced utilizing a technologically advanced complex layering architecture featuring an Ultra-Pure Diamond coating for durability and wear resistance and an Optical coating that enhances the light-reflecting capabilities.

Are Diamanti LUXE actually hand-cut like a mined diamond?

Yes! Diamanti LUXE stones are expertly hand-cut by our world-renowned skilled diamond cutters. Each stone is cut, faceted and polished to ideal diamond proportions and finished with exquisite detail that exceed the highest industry standards. Their incredible fire and sparkle is visual proof of this process.

Will Diamanti LUXE fade or dull over time?

Diamanti LUXE is precisely engineered and formulated not to fade, discolor or lose its brilliance for the lifetime of the stone. The Diamanti is surface enhanced with our patent Ultra-Pure Diamond coating that adds a protective layer for wear resistance.

Will Diamanti LUXE test positive on a diamond tester?

Diamond testers measure heat conductivity and a Diamanti LUXE has a different heat signature compared to a diamond, thus giving it a negative result for a diamond. The ATERNA and PURE however will test positive for a diamond!

What markings are on Diamanti jewelry

We only mark our jewelry with the metal hallmark stamp corresponding to its precious metal content. Eg. 14k (585), 18K(750), Platinum (Plat) or (950). There are No other markings on the Jewellery.

Can I send jewelry for upgrades or repair?

Yes. If your jewelry should need any type of repair or upgrade, our own experienced master jewelers are highly capable of handling any jewelry service.
