Diamanti Pure® diamonds are genuine, lab-created gems made entirely of pure carbon, ranking a perfect Ten on the Mohs hardness scale. These diamonds match natural diamonds in every way—physically, chemically, and optically. The sole distinction lies in their origin: Diamanti Pure® diamonds are crafted in a lab setting, replicating the natural diamond formation process, while mined diamonds take centuries to form underground. How are lab grown diamonds made?
Diamanti Pure® harnesses advanced technology to cultivate diamond crystals above ground, mirroring the natural conditions deep within the Earth. Our lab-grown diamonds emerge from a meticulous process known as Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) or High-Pressure High Temperature (HPHT), utilizing ultra-pure carbon-rich gases. This innovative method yields Type IIa diamonds—among the rarest and most pristine, making up less than two percent of all diamonds extracted from the Earth.
Each Diamanti Pure® diamond begins as a tiny seed, carefully nurtured in a controlled setting. There, it grows atom by atom, layer by layer, deliberately emulating the diamond’s organic formation. Over several weeks, this process unfolds with precision and care, resulting in diamonds indistinguishable from those mined from the Earth’s crust.
Once formed, these rough diamonds are transported to our cutting facility, where they undergo the exact cutting, polishing, and grading processes as mined diamonds. The culmination of this journey is a breathtaking array of trusted, lab-grown diamonds, available in various colors and sizes, perfect for our exquisite engagement rings and fine jewelry collections.
LAB GROWN DIAMOND GROWING PROCESS
STEP 1
Our lab experts select the finest quality diamond seeds. It is most Important to select seeds without any imperfections. The best seeds are carefully positioned on a metal disk to be placed inside the diamond-growing greenhouse.
STEP 2
The metal disk with the diamond seeds is placed inside a diamond growing reactor. Our labs use both processes - High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT) and Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD).
STEP 3
Over the next 12 weeks, the diamond seeds go through a growing processes that allows carbon atoms to break down grow layer-by-layer transforming into rough diamonds.
STEP 4
The Completed rough diamonds acquire the same chemical, physical and optical properties as mined diamonds, through CVD/HPHT processes.
STEP 5
Spectacular Diamanti Pure Lab Grown Diamonds are ready to be set into one of our hand-crafted engagement rings or custom jewelry pieces.

WHAT DO LAB-GROWN DIAMONDS COST?
The Pure® Lab Grown Diamond is priced based on the 4C specs like a mined Diamond. An eye-clean beautifully cut, brilliant lab-grown diamond will cost between $2000-$3000 per carat (based on a 1.00 carat Round, F color, VVS1 clarity, Ideal cut). We can linearly price our carat weight because each batch of our lab-grown diamonds is created to the same quality standards. In natural diamond pricing, the price goes up exponentially when a more significant weight is combined with a high-quality cut, colour and clarity, increasing the rarity and value of a stone. This rarity is removed from the equation in our Pure® synthetic diamonds - meaning we can price our stones more affordably in the larger carat weight sizes.

The Diamond Grading Report is a document providing a certified analysis of the distinctive qualities of a specific loose diamond. It will include an exclusive Report Number, a Laser Inscription Registry Number, and unique Security Features.
