Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel an order, please use our Customer Support Center as soon as possible. Select "Order Cancellation" for your category. You may also email us at Service@quorri.com. Please include your name, order number and the reason for the cancellation.

Due to unrecoverable processing fees and resources, a 10% cancellation fee applies to order cancellations that the order status is still "Processing". (25% for Custom and Platinum orders). If your order status has updated to "In Production", then a 25% fee will apply. Platinum and Custom Orders that are in Production cannot be cancelled. This is due to the fact that we have already begun creating your item and cannot recover the labor and materials used to do so.

If the status has been updated to "Ready to Ship" or "Shipped", we cannot cancel the order. Special Order and Custom Order items cannot be changed or cancelled once in production. Deposits are non-refundable once the custom order has begun processing. Refer back to the return form for complete return details once you receive the package.
