After seeing this ring in an ad, I just had to get my wife the Madeleine for our Anniversary. I had always wanted to get her something like this, but could never afford it. I had the usual level of concern about making a large purchase through a website, But let me say that my experience throughout the process was nothing short of outstanding in every way. Nancy is incredible to deal with. I was guided and helped every step of the way and she went above and beyond from a customer service standpoint. In today's customer service environment, as I am sure many of you have experienced, this is a very rare experience.
The Madeleine ring was also breathtaking. It is absolutely flawless, and our friends and family cannot stop talking about it. My wife showed it to a friend of hers who worked at a jewellery store, and she was speechless. She kept asking me where and how I got the ring. These lips are sealed! The Madeleine ring I purchased recently from you exceeded all my expectations. I was somewhat held back a bit because it is an online purchase, But, as soon as I first opened the package my heart pounded with relief and I couldn't believe my eyes at the beautiful ring in my hands.
