Gemstone Warranty
Quorri & Co. provides a Lifetime Performance Warranty* for every genuine Quorri. The Warranty covers the replacement of any genuine Quorri that has optically altered in brilliance and lustre under normal wear. In the unlikely event that these properties alter in a Quorri, a replacement will be issued at no charge to the original purchaser*. We may replace the Quorri with the closest size, color and cut available at the time of replacement.
While Quorri stones are extremely durable, like all precious gemstones, and even a diamond for that matter, they are not indestructible. Therefore, care and proper precautions should be taken to avoid damaging your Quorri. Please see our Care and Cleaning pages, for details helpful tips.
Jewelry Warranty
When you buy your jewelry from Quorri & Co., you buy with confidence. Perfection and creating beautiful works of art is our goal and therefore we Guarantee their workmanship. All our jewelry is covered by a 30-day Warranty** against manufacturer defects. Quorri & Co. will repair or replace the item that is under warranty, at Quorri’s discretion. If for any reason the item in question has been updated or discontinued, we can offer a replacement with a similar item or issue a store credit towards another in-stock item of equal or greater value.
