Processing & Shipping Times
Most items are processed and shipped within 8 - 10 business days. Earrings, pendants, bracelets, eternity rings, stocked ring sizes and loose stones that are in stock are processed within 2-4 business days, plus shipping time based on the delivery option chosen.
Items that need sizing may take anywhere from 10-14 business days to process, plus delivery time. Special and Custom Orders could take anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks to complete. Once the order is packed and ready, we ship your order and email you the tracking number.
All deliveries require a signature from the receiver for your protection. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.
Packages are shipped daily Monday through Friday. Our delivery times are only an estimate, not a guarantee. In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay. We will expedite your shipment utilizing the most convenient courier method. Our free ground shipping is shipped via Canada Post and our premium couriers include FedEx, & UPS. We will do our best to expedite your package for required due dates, but our delivery times are only an estimate and Not a guarantee. Once a package has been received by a courier, we have no control over the package and the exact delivery time-frame.
Tracking Your Order
An e-mail notification will be sent the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep. You can track your order using the following tracking links if applicable.
Tax and Duties
Please note that you (the customer) are responsible for any customs tax or duties. Your customs agency will contact you regarding any duties for clearance. Customs policies vary from country to country, you should contact your local customs office in order to be fully informed.
Country Exclusions
We currently do not ship to Brazil, Nigeria, India, Indonesia, Pakistan and Russia. Please note that Quorri reserves the right to refuse any International Order as per our discretion. In the event that we are unable to ship to your country, we will inform you immediately.
