Ring sizing Returns

Quorri & Co. is committed to providing superior service to our customers. We offer free ring sizing* up or down half (1/2) a ring size within 7-days of your purchase. If you require a sizing above a half (1/2) ring size or you are over the 7-day period, please see our Jewelry Services Page to request a quote.

Eternity rings and most rings with side-stones cannot be re-sized. These rings will need to be exchanged. Custom, 18k and Platinum Rings are not covered in our free sizing. Contact us at service@quorri.com to see if your ring qualifies for an Exchange and or pricing for re-sizing.

Return Instructions

Step 1. Contact Us. You must contact Quorri & Co. for a Return Authorization number (RMA #) using only our Customer Support Center. This ensures prompt and efficient RMA service. Select "Submit a Support Ticket" and choose "RMA Request - Ring Sizing" for your category. Be sure to give your order number and reason for return.

Step 2. A representative will be in contact with you via email within 24-48 hours with all the required forms and information to send back your item(s).

Important Notes:
Quorri & Co. is not responsible for return items lost or damaged while in transit. Merchandise returned is the responsibility of the sender until it is signed for by Quorri & Co.

Our laboratory will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. Standard ring sizing (sizes 4.5 to 7.5) usually take 8-10 business days to process upon receipt of the item. All other sizes may take up to 14 business days.
