If you would like to transform a setting, replace/upgrade your existing stone or request a out of warranty repair, please use our Customer Service Center and submit a "Support Ticket" with category "Jewelry Services". Please include relevant details (also including a photo would be very helpful) so we can give you an accurate quote on the work needed. You will receive an authorization number and estimate for the work to be completed.
Once an authorization number has been received, a service representative will contact you via email to confirm all the details and instructions on how to proceed.
