Quorri is pronounced like "ku-or-e", and derived from "cuore", the Italian word for heart, Quorri reflects not only our love for fine jewelry, but also the fact that all our finely crafted stones boast the highly coveted "Hearts & Arrows" effect.
A Quorri is visually identical to a diamond and it is nearly impossible to distinguish between the two without magnification or testing equipment. Like a diamond, a Quorri diamond simulant is extremely hard and durable and has a high refractive index to give it the same intense fire and brilliance.
We set our Quorri in solid, heavy weighted, hand-crafted 14k, 18k gold & Platinum diamond settings so rest assured, only YOU will know it’s a Quorri. Even a highly skilled jeweler will have trouble distinguishing the difference by eye.
At Quorri & Co., our goal has always been to create an affordable collection that has the look and feel of fine diamond jewelry so you can enjoy wearing it confidently and proudly. Our master diamond cutters and skilled goldsmiths create pieces that can hold their own side-by-side with high-end jewellery from retailers such as Birks* or Tiffany & Co.*
So, we urge you to wear and show off your Quorri jewellery with pride and enjoy the pleasures and gratification of diamonds.

First of all, remember that a Quorri is not a “fake” diamond, but rather a combination of rare minerals that look remarkably similar to a diamond. The phrase “diamond alternative” would better describe what a Quorri is. So, think of it as buying a genuine Quorri.
That mentioned, buying a diamond or especially a diamond ring is a very personal thing, and every couple has different priorities. Gem dealers, jewelers and the wedding industry in general have spent millions trying to convince you through marketing, that anything less than a mined diamond will be a disappointment. Who wouldn’t prefer having a large, brilliant Quorri over a tiny pale diamond for a fraction of the cost? Most love the idea of saving money on a gorgeous diamond quality ring, as well as not having to harm the environment at the same time.
Buying a Quorri is today’s socially sensitive and wise choice.
Yes! A Quorri is expertly hand-cut by our world-renowned skilled diamond cutters. A Quorri is cut, faceted and polished to ideal diamond proportions and finished with exquisite detail that exceed the highest industry standards. Their incredible fire and sparkle is visual proof of this process.
A Quorri DymondIX is created with our specialized formula comprised of white crystalline oxide, rare minerals and other elements and then further enhanced with our patent layering process.
This process begins with an innovative TiO2 Optical Layer, a titanium dioxide-based coating that optimizes the stone’s light-reflecting properties, endowing it with exactly the same metallic lustre as mined diamonds. Then, we apply an extremely strong SP3 Carbon Layer. This diamond-like coating creates a durable, scratch-resistant surface.
Absolutely Not! Our Quorri is precisely engineered and formulated not to fade, discolor or lose its brilliance for the lifetime of the stone. As with any precious jewelry or gemstone, simply keep your Quorri clean, and it will give you years of incredible sparkle.
We recommend using our exclusive Blitz Foamz Gemstone & Jewelry cleaner for a simple and effective way to keep your Quorri brilliant. Blitz Foamz is formulated with a special non-toxic formula to safely clean and restore your Quorri or any other precious gemstone jewelry to their original brilliance. Blitz Foamz is available for purchase with any order at checkout.

A Quorri is very durable and can easily handle the elements of everyday wear. On the hardness scale for stones, a Quorri DymondIX is 9.1 mohs overall while a mined diamond is rated at 10 Mohs.
Treat your Quorri like you would any other precious gemstone and it will give you a lifetime of enjoyment. Any gemstone, including a mined diamond can still scratch, chip, or fracture if mishandled. You can reduce your chances of damaging your Quorri or any jewelry for that matter, by not wearing it while participating in sports activities, gardening, rigorous housework, packing, moving, etc.

Yes! Glass is only about 6.5 on the Mohs hardness scale. Quorri stones are a 9+, therefore they can easily scratch glass.
No, it will not. Diamond testers measure heat conductivity and a Quorri has a different heat signature compared to a diamond.

Regarding Our Jewelry:
• Can I find Quorri jewelery or Quorri Loose Stones in retail stores?quorri.com is an online jewelry store specializing in handcrafted, solid Gold and Platinum jewelry and loose stones. By selling our products directly to the consumer, without the inflated costs that retail stores need to charge (for displays, overhead, ..etc) we pass on the substantial savings to our customers. Feedback has shown that offering high quality products at a reasonable price is more favorable than buying from a flashy storefront. Therefore, Quorri jewelry and loose stones are sold exclusively from our online store.
At Quorri & Co. we use the finest Gold and Platinum to create our Quorri jewelry. Bellow you will find the benefit and unique qualities for these metals, so you will be able to make an informed decision about which metal type to select.
Gold and Platinum are the most suitable metals for fine jewelry. They contain the following purity:
14k gold contains 58.5% pure gold and is harder than 18k gold
18k gold contains 75% pure gold and is softer than 14k gold
Platinum is 95% pure and is harder than 14k and 18k
18K gold ring and bands will show wear marks sooner and wear out slightly faster than 14K gold, but they are still the preferred choice of those wanting something a little finer. Because 18k Gold is softer than 14K Gold, the metal over time will actually grow thinner and therefore weaker, thus possibly causing the prongs to pry open and allowing the stones to fall our easier.
Platinum is very extremely hard, dense and heavy, so a platinum ring will feel heavier than a 14k or 18k gold ring and is the perfect choice for rings with multiple stones.
Gold is naturally yellow, so to enhance the whiteness, it has become standard in the jewelry industry to plate (or coat) white gold jewelry with Rhodium. Rhodium is very white, reflective, extremely hard and virtually tarnish free, so it's the perfect protective coating for a white gold ring. All Quorri white gold jewelry is Rhodium coated, unless specified otherwise.
Platinum is extremely long wearing and is very white, so it does not need to be rhodium plated like white gold does. However, Platinum is significantly more expensive than gold. With all other things being the same, a platinum ring will be usually twice the price of an 18k white gold ring.
We only mark our jewelry with the metal hallmark stamp corresponding to its precious metal content. Eg. 14k (585), 18K(750), Platinum (Plat) or (950). There are No other markings are on the Jewellery.
Yes. Gold is naturally yellow in color and to give it that "white" look most desire, it requires rhodium to achieve this. The Rhodium can last anywhere from six months to two years (or longer). The amount of time will depend directly on how often the ring is worn and what elements it has been exposed to. The rhodium will begin to fade first at the bottom of the band, which gets the most wear. In the setting the rhodium will last longer.

• Can I take my Quorri jewelery to another Jeweler for cleaning?Yes! All Quorri jewellery is solid Gold or Platinum and our DymondIX can easily be cleaned by any reputable jeweler. You simply need to inform the jeweler that the stone(s) are Quorri Diamond Simulants and not mined diamonds so they can treat them accordingly.
